Contemporary artists will soon be returning to Arizona 's Most Western Museum for this extraordinary, and one-of-a-kind show. Watch for announcements during the coming year!

WELCOME TO THE ART OF WESTERN LIVING
As our society becomes increasingly technology-driven, the more we yearn for the beauty and artistry of handcrafted designs – particularly from the West. Each time this exhibition is held, the Desert Caballeros Western Museum invites artists and artisans who represent vital links to our western heritage to display, and sell, the finest in furniture, home accessories, jewelry, clothing, saddles and tack. Every piece that is created for one of our special Art of Western Living exhibitions is handcrafted in the United States and represents the favored materials, continuing traditions and cultural diversity of the West. As Arizona 's Most Western Museum , it is with more than a touch of pride that we are able to partner with the West's best to bring you this show.

FURNITURE

It's the new West with “cowboy chic” creations from artists like the Yocham's from Bartlesville, OK to L.D. Burke of Santa Fe, NM who is collected by Randy Travis and Mikhail Gorbachev.

HOME ACCESSORIES
Home accessories from rugs to bronze sculpture are always included in the Art of Western Living show . From the Getzwiller's famous collection of rugs and saddle blankets, we have featured some of the Southwest's most talented Navajo weavers who use custom spun wool, hand dyed only a pound or two at a time. Other featured artists have offered home accessories including wrought iron fireplace sets, quilts, elegantly sculpted lamps and candelabras created in bronze and silver.

CLOTHING
For anyone who is a clotheshorse, the Art of Western Living is definitely a show not to be missed. Invited artists have included Marge Taylor from Leather Legends who has been outfitting rodeo queens from the American Southwest to England; and Stephanie Ferguson of Millsap, TX who can help just about anyone kick up their heels with her fanciful leather boot designs.

JEWELRY
The Art of Western Living exhibit is always one of the best places to find the kind of stunning and unique jewelry that completes a dramatic western look. Our stars have included Santa Fe 's Connie Tsosie-Gaussoin, Native American jewelry maker since 1971; and third-generation silversmith Artie Yellowhorse of Albuquerque , NM . Her show-stopping work has been inspired by her mother and grandmother, both renowned Navajo weavers.
SADDLES & TACK
At any Art of Western Living exhibition, the western gear isn't just for people! With custom saddle and tack, reins, quirts, spurs and bits, our one-of-a-kind exhibition is also the perfect place to dress a horse.

Developing a reputation as the premier showcase for the best in western design, the Art of Western Living is a spectacular exhibition of handmade, museum quality designs that embody the spirit of the American West. Only from the Desert Caballeros Western Museum Arizona 's Most Western Museum .
